0HR_PY_PP_1 infosource not available?

Hi,

while i was activating 0HR_PY_PP_1 data source iam getting error "info object 0HR_PY_PP_1 not available in version D". i am presuming this error is because infosource is not available. Please tell me how can i resolve this.

I searched many threads on this but could not able to solve the problem.
