0FI_GL_10 and 0FI_GL_12 delay and safety interval

Dear Gurus,

We´re using BW 7.01 until the end of version migration to BW 7.4 on HANA.
We checked SAP note "1523670 - BW delta extraction: Setting the safety intervals" and some doubts have arisen.
We´re planning to use 0FI_GL_12 instead of 0FI_GL_10 on BW 7.4 on HANA but we need some responses that we didn´t get in this note.

Actually, we use 0FI_GL_10 (based on lower limit interval - 3600secs.) for total records and sometimes, the are not current in BI.

For 0FI_GL_12, we have this same issue? We saw that 0FI_GL_12 use delta queue instead TIMESTAMP as 0FI_GL_10, so when a new registry enter in FAGLFLEXT we can load a new delta bringing actual value?
