Conversion of CRM-field for Contract Length/Duration to BW

Hi Experts,

We want to transfer the field SCAPPTSEG-TXT_PUB_ID  (contract length) from CRM to BW. The fields content looks like

"DUR####MINUTE     LX#####". We need to do a "conversion" of some kind to be able to read it. We want to have it in the same format as You see it in CRM for example "6 month" . Does anyone know how to do that?
