COPA extractor new INIT required - Delta update only possible with update successful

Hello,

I am unable to load Delta for COPA extractor due to below message. I have done INIT W/O data transfer but still have same issue.

I have also created new delta records but the request is not visible in KEB2. Is any one familiar with KEB5 and how I can fix the time stamp and get my delta load to work.

Are there other ways of resolving it.
