Data extraction problem with 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1

Dear Expert,

Here we're using 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 to get document head data for Complaints, and using 0CRM_COMPLAINTS_I to get the Complaints item data.

But we found that extractor 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 didn't get all the Complaints as which we can get in 0CRM_COMPLAINTS_I.

For example, we define our business transaction type "ZCOM" as for Complaints, so we extract data from 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 with a full loading with selection PROCESS_TYPE = 'ZCOM' . And then, we can get some Complaints in PSA but not all of them, we see some Complaints are missing in the PSA, and then we go back to run RSA3 in source system it's the same result.

Please guide how can we use 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 to get all the Complaints?
