CRM - Datasource enhancment

Hello Experts,

We are using the Datasource - 0CRM_TSS_DTRACK to extract Document data from CRM. There is a requirement to enhance the DS by adding custom field 'Status Reason Code'. Please let us know which BAdi - RSU5_SAPI_BADI / CRM_BWA_MFLOW is the better option and why. Also we are not able to see the DS in BWA5. We are in CRM version 7.
