Some types of sales orders could not collected into Outbound Queue (LBWQ)

Hi all:

We are faceing a problem that some specific types of sales orders can't be collected into lbwq when it just be created by VA01(in bdc program).

We used RMCEXLOG  to  evaluating the data,and can't catch those missing entries's delta log in 11vaitm,but other sales orders can be logged normally;and when those sales orders were modified by VA02,they would create delta data normally.

I would like to know where the problem is , the erp-side?or the lbwq job?

U can see  only 1007676270 in the log and it tcode is VA02,not VA01.
