Problem with Dead Lock on a Transformation

Dear Experts,

  I am facing an issue with a transformation. The error message I am recieving is a dead lock on the database.

An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause

Database returned the SQL code 911-. Error text: SQL0911N The current transaction has been rolled back because of a deadlock or

"68". SQLSTATE=40001 row=1

Do you know how can we proceed to troubelshoot the issue.
