No full fill data in Datasource for PM 2LIS_17*

Dear Expert,

I'm try fill setup table for PM datasource with below step:

- Active PM datasource in LBWE

- Delete setup data in LBWG with key = 17. Check in both notification (Event I0) and Orders (Event I3)

- Reconstruct structure in OLIIBW

This is the first time I fill setup table for PM datasource in new system.

My system ECC 6.0, with SAP_APPL 605 Level 9

I check in table AFIH have 50000 records

But after fill setup table, I only get 3 records in datasource 2LIS_17_I3HDR (check in RSA3)

The same problem with all datasource 2LIS_17* (some DS return 0 record, some DS return 1 or 2 records)

I dont get this problem with another datasource as Sales, Purchasing or Inventory

Please let me know if i miss any configuration?
