Error activation infoobject in 7.3 from BI Content

when I try to activate from BI 7.3 infoobject, for example, OCUSTOMER, be it produces the following mistake.

Exception '' in progrmm 'SAPLRRMS,LRRMSU13,83' when passing type
'InfoObject' IOBJ
