Manual Update in BI

Hi

When datapackets are strucked,we normally do manual update by right click on the datapacket-->  click on manual update in 3.5 versions.

But in BI 7,while in infopackage monitor( while loading from source to PSA) when I right click on datapacket,there is no manual update option ?

And in DTP,can we able to do a manual update.If so how to do that.since there is no manual update option when we right click on the datapacket.

Can anyone let me know regarding this.
