2lis_03_BF LIA_FLag

Hi,

About to run an initialisation of the Inventory extractors.  notice there is a tick box LIA_FLAG  in the 2lis_03_BF extractor.   Can't see any documentation on what this does.  Would appreciate some idea of what its used for.
