2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL extractors

Hi,

I want to know in which way do 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL extractors work because facing to situations with them:

 

Situation1

I realized that not all Purchasing Orders are being transferred when executing them. I mean, when I run these extractors filtering by a specific Purchase Order Number in EBELN selection field no record is returned. However, this Purchase Order has a record in EKKO table and many records in EKPO (its items).

 

Situation 2

By other side, I also run a simulation of a full extraction in RSA3 without any filter and both datasources extracted 800,000 records approximately. But, in EKPO table there are 150,000 records aprox. I would expect these extractors to transfer just one record for each Purchase Order Item but they transfer much more records for each PO.

 

I have been reading help.sap documents about both data sources but they don't specify any filter made on Purchasing information (situation 1) or the cause of duplicating/triplicating items (situation 2) .

 

Could you please explain the way these two extractors work, please?

table for mapping between DSO and Datasource fields ?

Hi,

 

I am looking for a table in BI which has the

1) mapping between DSO and Datasource and

2) mapping between DSO & INfocube. We have transformation between these and I need to find the table where it has the mapping of the field names between the source and target objects.

 

Is there any standard table for the same ? I appreciate it, Please reply.

Data packet issue with ZVIEW

Dear Experts,

 

I have created a Z view in R3 sever, In that view nearly 2,55,00,000 records are there. But I need conditional data from the VIEW data.

 

Material, Plant, Movement type , Posting date are used in CMOD code for the condition.

 

If Material and Plant is same in our extractor structure and the View and check the (If movement type =101 then sort BUDAT and pick the MAX date Record else movement type =201 agian sort on BUDAT and pick the Max date record is the requirement).

 

In this case cmode code is working fine and getting max date by checking one material one plant combination in RSA3. But when ever Executing the Info package with same material plant I am getting 2 data packets with 2 records(1 records with max date from 1 data packet and 2nd records with max date from 2nd data packet data).

 

Here as per my analysis while executing the info package, CMOD code is executing by Packet by packet there by I am getting for each material ,Plant combination more then one record.(based on data packets  its repeating).

 

I need to get only one record from ZVIEW with 1 material and 1 plant combination. If complete data will coe in one data packet will get resolve my issue but 2 crores of records wants to come under single packet.

 

Please help on this issue,

CRM DataSource Enhancement Help pls

I am a CRM functional and need info on below item..

 

We have a requirement to enhance CRM Data Source 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H  structure with new fields...i would like to know if we have any restriction on adding/ appending  custom fields to the Data source Structure 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H ?

0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 Not capture deleted records

Hi, All.

 

We upgrade our CRM system and faced with problem. Datasource 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 don't capture deleted records. When we delete records from CRM system, we don't see any BDOCs(SMW01) what say about records was deleted. Somebody know how resolve this problem?

0FI_GL_4 delta load issue

Hi Experts,

 

 

We are not able to load the delta for 0FI_gl_4 datsource. This is the first time we are performing the load in a new ECC system.

Full load is successfully completed and while doing the delta its taking lot of time to load and finally the job is failing in source system with short dump

TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED .


We are performing the below steps.


Init w/o datatransfer(comp code selection)

full load(particular company code)

delta



If any one has faced the similar issue pls let us know.

Delta for ZFields in 2LIS_11_VAITM Data Source Not Getting Properly

Hi,

 

We are facing Delta Issue in 2LIS_11_VAITM Data Source.

 

In R/3, as per my client business requirement they enhanced VBAK table, and we added all those fields in 2LIS_11_VAITM Structure.

 

Day to day delta for ZFields are not coming properly and If we do full load and data is coming fine.

 

Due to this we are doing full load once in a month.

 

Kindly guide me to resolve this issue.

Material master extractors

Hi there,

 

We have a requirement to replicate MM03 views functionality within the BW environment. So we would like to extract all data related to Material Master views into BW. We are also going to extract data related to Classification which I believe will be done by way of generic extractors. Can someone please share their thoughts related to this?

 

What is the best way to approach? Are there any Material master extractors other than 0MATERIAL_ATTR that can help with extraction of data for all the other material views?

Enable delta in custom fields - datasource 2LIS_02_ITM

Dear Gurus,

 

I have a requirement for capturing account assignment information of outline agreements (contracts) in Purchasing info-cube. So I did the following steps :

1. Append MCEKPO

2. Maintain Extract Structure MC02M_0ITM

3. Maintain enhancement in LEINS001

 

Every works ok when executing setup of statistical tables. But when the user changes only the account assignment of an outline agreement , without changing any other fields (e.g quantities), no delta record is generated.

 

Any suggestions?

BI configurations after ECC QAS logical system changed

Hi Experts,


After an ECC PRD system copy to BI QAS our datasources and other objects all gone.

 

And also ECC QAS logical system has been changed. ( 110 to 100). So there is an impact only to BI QAS.


Please note: our basis knowledge regading BI systems is very low.

 

I want to know after this change, in BI QAS what steps need to follow? What are the places we need to change in BI QAS?

 

 

As at now we connect the source system.

DS Enhancement issue

Hi,

 

   I have enhnaced my LO DS with custom fields. Do I need to write exit to see the fields (not data) in RSA3? I dont want to see the data for the newly added fields, but I would like to see the fields in RSA3 columns?? Please suggest.

Need OVERTIME(OT) for Data Source (0HR_PY_1) enhancement

Hi Friends,

 

I need Overtime for 0HR_PY_1 data source enhancement . Here , they are not updating any info type for overtime . Some where , I got that I can take OT from ZL cluster table.

 

I don't know , how do I fetch the data from ZL cluster table.

 

Another , I got some function module but that also no use for me.

 

The above thing , I have done . Please suggest me and if possible help me .

 

Please help me as it is urgent .

Error activation infoobject in 7.3 from BI Content

Good morning,

when I try to activate from BI 7.3 infoobject, for example, OCUSTOMER, be it produces the following mistake.

 

Exception '' in progrmm 'SAPLRRMS,LRRMSU13,83' when passing type
'InfoObject' IOBJ

daily basis i schedule the "LIS-BW-VB_APPLICATION_02_300" job in ECC side but last few days it automatically get cancelled.

DSO Activation failed

HI

   While activating DSO, process has been terminated showing the error message as background process BCTL_DH0N0ZP78MO1KD0T28SE4JJHK terminated due to missing confirmation.

Dear Guru's,

I encountered an error message while extracting billing data.

Error 7 when sending an IDoc

Message no. R3003

Diagnosis

Error 7 occurred when transferring an IDoc to BI.

System Response

The data transfer is terminated.

Procedure

Check the SAP Support Portal for the appropriate Notes and create a customer message if necessary.10022014 error.jpg

No error in BD87.

 

In OLTP IDOC list below error is shown:

Can you please advise on how to resolve this issue?

It normally runs fine daily.

MCBZ into BI - extractor?

I have been asked by user to move MRP Requirements in ECC into BI (V7).

I can see data for Raw Materials in ECC Transaction MCBZ.

We already use extractor 2LIS_03_S194, but this only seems to have data in for Finished Goods and Semi-Finished Goods, not Raw Materials.

Having done a Trace on MCBZ I can see that although the selection screen uses S094 for its definition, it looks like the data coms from lots of tables, not a single LIS Table.

I cannot find a standard extractor for S094.

Has anyone done anything similar or offer any guidance on a quick and easy way to get data I see in MCBZ into BI. It needs to be simple as the report is needed for Year End (End March). My only alternative is to get a developer to write an ABAP report but would rather use BI if possible.

I don't know MRP side well at all, so I wonder if MRP Requirements may be stored in a different ECC Table which would have a standard extractor?????

Custom Extractor using FM display data in RSA3 but not in PSA

Hi,

 

  • We are interfacing with BODS (Data Services) where in BODS will extract data from our SAP system. We are using extractor method for this.
  • In one particular requirement we were forced to create a custom extractor. I created the same using function module, since it required specific logic to retrieve the data.
  • Now the issue is when we test execute this extractor using tcode RSA3, it gives me all the required data which we also validated.
  • But when the same is executed from BODS, for certain records, the data mismatches.
  • The structure for my extractor is as below:

  • In above structure, the stock value (inventory field) for certain materials shows me zero value in BODS, whereas the same has values in SAP when executed through RSA3 w/o any selection.
  • Now the problem is that almost 95-97% of my data is populated correctly in BODS except few records, where in the stock value field is getting populated as zero.
  • I have attached my function module for the reference. Also the screen shots of excel download from BODS and comparison with SAP
