SPRO Settings for 0CML_INIT_BUDAT, 0CML_INIT_DDISPO,0CML_INIT_DFAELL, 0CML_DELTA & 0CML_DELTA_CAP

Hi Gurus,

 

We are trying to use 0CML_INIT_BUDAT, 0CML_INIT_DDISPO, 0CML_INIT_DFAELL, 0CML_DELTA & 0CML_DELTA_CAP for first time.

 

Have done prerequisite settings in SPRO tode in ECC client.

 

After when i try to run 0CML_INIT_BUDAT it extracts data only for the date which we have mentioned in 'infosources for position intialisation' in SPRO.

 

I am not sure where did i go wrong.

 

Please help me detailed steps for setting SPRO and also why is it not extracting all data from the position date specified rather it extracts only on that date.

Restricting Usage of Open FI Exit 1650 to Company Codes

Hi Experts,

 

We are thinking of using the exit 1650 for one of our client requirements. The client has presence in many countries. But this enhancement is to be done only for company codes in 1 country and other country company codes should see the FBL*N in standard way.

 

Is this possible and if yes, how this can be done?

Do you know what tables store workbook favorites with the specific layout they were saved with by a user?  I tried RSRPARAMETRIZA but this is just personal variants not the workbook itself

updmode in 2lis_03_bf is set to R

Our extractor 2lis_03_bf was running when they shut down the system.  The UPDMODE was set to "R" after this occurred.  Prior to that it was set to "D".  Now it just keep trying to process the records over and over and times out on us.    Please can you tell us how to change this mode and is it safe to do that without losing data?

Problem loading to 0TCT_DS21 and 0TCT_DS22 after BW 7.3 Upgrade

After the BW 7.3  upgrade, we are encountering an issue when loading data to PSAs 0TCT_DS21 and 0TCT_DS22. We are getting a TIMES-exit issue. We applied OSS Notes 1642925, 1655703, and 1658338. The issue continues.

 

Message in PSA: Characteristic value '....' of characteristic 0TCTTIMSTMP is not TIMES - converted BRAIN 68

 

Its complaining about the Start Time-Stamp "20,111,007,125,759.9697800"

How to delete the delta queue in the ECC

Hi everyone!

 

After I tryed to save a new Infopackage and I have the error :

 

(Deltas already loaded for request REQU_41Q82WJLR9AZCE9ZMKQLVG3RG init. selection; no 2. init

Message no. RSM1071

 

Diagnosis

Deltas have already been loaded for the init. selection of request REQU_41Q82WJLR9AZCE9ZMKQLVG3RG. A second initialization is therefore not possible with these selection conditions.

 

 

Procedure

If you want to carry out a new initialization, you have to choose selections that do not overlap.

 

If you want to repeat the init. for the same selection, you have to delete the delta queue in the source system, and restart the delta process.

 

As the error says - Deltas have already been loaded for the init. selection.

Can you please give me some links/guids which describes how to  delete the delta queue in the source system, and restart the delta process.

LO data source Extraction

Hi Expert,

 

2lis_11_vahdr data source data loading perfect in production server, But user need one more field which is in HIDE in ECC dats source structure.

 

UN HIDING ok but alternative way for loading data for that field in production other than full load.

 

for below hide field un hide in ECC server and replicated to BW and mapped. NOW data loading is procedure is normal. I need to know best way to do un hide and data loading instead of full load. Please advise me....

modelling design question - report requirement

Hi All,

 

We have a requirement to get the PO number and line items and the scheduled quantity for each line item along with the PO header amount value in a single row. We are getting these values in 3 different datasources right ? How can I get all the three in a single line ? I mean there are different aggregations in all the 3 datasources. Can you please advice how to do the modelling for this scenario below. I appreciate it.

 

We are getting PO number and PO line item from 2LIS_02_ITM DS

We are getting the schd qty and issued qty from 2LIS_02_SCL Datasource

We need the PO HDR amount from 2LIS_02_HDF DS, no problem if we can get the same HDR amount for all the line items of that PO.

 

Can you please advise the modelling scenario... I what key to consider while loading 2LIS_02_ITM ,2LIS_02_SCL into a DSO's and how do we get the PO HDR amount for each of the line item and how to aggregate the scheduled line item's for a PO line item.

 

Do we need to load 2LIS_02_ITM  & 2LIS_02_SCL into a DSO where PO number and PO line item will be the key, wont the KF get jumbled up ? How do we summarize this data with PO HDR data ?

0PC_C01 extraction problem

Hi all ;

 

We benefit from material ladger in Co module. Also ,we can get consumption details in CKM3N / Sap Ecc.

 

Our problem is that ' I can not get data from data source ' Cost Object Controlling: Period End' = '0CO_PC_02'. Data extraction sap to psa ended with successfully but data record 0.

 

On the otherhand , i have get data from '0CO_PC_01' = 'Cost Object Controlling: Plan/Actual Data'. How can i find the root of problem ?

Hi All,

 

I am trying to recon between data source  2LIS_03_BF and MC.9 report.Values are not matching for MC.9 and and the data source.

 

Please confirm whether the data source 2LIS_03_BF  is correct one to extract MC.9 report from ECC 4.7 into BW 7.3.If its not correct please provide me the correct data source with details.

Hi SDN,

 

In our project in MM module we are using the DS:

2LIS_02_ITM

2LIS_02_HDR

2LIS_02_ACC

 

Does anyone have a BI-7 layout of purchasing order BI standard content from these DS to DSO's and cubes ?

Missing records in the DSO in delta / full update from infocube in BW 7

Hi,

 

I have a DSO with key Equipment Number and I am using Infocube as a DataSource.  When  executing DTP some of the records  dont load to New Data Table(/BIC/AZDSO40) of the DSO.

 

I mean , have 30 record for Equipment Number 1 in Infocube. when execute DTP only 12 record loaded to New Data Table of DSO. when  change Packeage Size of DTP from 50.000 to 10.000 the number of record in New Data Table increase from 12 to 24.

 

There isnt startroutin and endroutin in Transformasyon. how can I fix this issue ?

We are planning to implement datasource 0FC_BP_ITEMS for Open and clear items.

 

I just wanted to understand how this datasource delta functionality works.

 

SAP has mentioned how we can implement delta. The process is as below. But didnt mentioned how delta works here.

Setup tables taking long time in ECC

Hi,

 

Set up tables taking long time in ECC .How to reduce that downtime .

 

We have very short maintenance window to fill the setup tables and system is taking very long to fill the setup tables.

 

Any recommendations to tune the performance for filling the setup tables in ECC.

0FI_AA_12 simulated depreciation

We have a requirement to extract a depreciation forecast/simulation from ECC for IP purposes. Using 0FI_AA_12 as intended to read table ANLP on the ECC side.

We have created a 'Depreciation Planning version D99' and thats what is used in the simulation run job selection below.

 

When we run a depreciation simulation with this menu path in ECC

Accounting > Fixed Assets > Information System > Reports on Asset Accounting > Depreciation Forecast > Depreciation on Capitalized Assets (Depreciation Simulation)(S_ALR_87012936)

 

and then take a quick look at a test extraction in rsa6 for 0FI_AA_12 we only see records up to the end of the current fiscal year, even though the report we've run shows us periods out as far as 2011.

 

We want to be able to extract all periods from the current fiscal year to the ending fiscal period of our simulation run.

 

My feeling on this is that the report (S_ALR_87012936), is just that, and calculates the results on the fly without posting anything to ANLP. What might be a better step here to really post to ANLP. ?

 

I've searched this forum and all the others related to BI for items related to this extractor and depreciaton simulation runs in particular. I've even searched other forums (CO etc) in hopes of picking up a clue as to what might be missing. I did locate some relevant OSS notes on the topic but our patch level is high enough that the early notes I did locate (~2005) have all been taken into account.

How to load data to FSCM Direct Cube 0CLM_R20

Hi All,

'

We have activated the business content for FSCM in our system and 0CLM_M20 Multiprovider is getting data from two Cubes 0CLM_C02 and 0CLM_R20.

 

My question is Cube 0CLM_R20 is a direct cube and how are we going to load data to 0CLM_R20 cube ?

 

After activation cube 0CLM_R20 doesn't have any source assign.

Delta initialization - from which point data is pulled first time?

Hi Guys,

 

I have a question for a unique situation which may not occur in ideal environment, but just trying to understand working of delta mechanism.

 

Here are my assumptions - (Correct if any wrong)

1. When I activate any LO extractor (eg 2LIS_02_ITM), Extraction queue is automatically setup to collect data of all new postings.

2. Extraction queue is application wide and not at datasource level (eg MCEX02).

3. When INIT infopackage is run from BI, delta queue is created in ECC (RSA7). Running V3 jobs will bring data from extraction queue to delta queue.

 

My scenario -

1. Datasource 2LIS_02_ITM is activated and extraction queue MCEX02 is setup. Purchasing documents are now posted to MCEX02 extraction queue.

2. Delta initialization for 2LIS_02_ITM is done from BI and data is fetched to RSA7 delta queue regularly for 2LIS_02_ITM.

3. Now I need to activate new datasource 2LIS_02_ACC (Same application). When I activate this datasource, data starts collecting in extraction queue automatically. Lets assume that I need to fill setup table as well to load history data and after that setup delta for new documents. Below are the timestamps at which I will do my activities.

 

(Assumption - Data is already available in MCEX02 before below activities and I have not cleared extraction queue before activating new datasource)

 

1 PM - Activate datasource 2LIS_02_ACC

3 PM - Start Fill Setup tables job for 02 application (I will have all data upto 3 PM)

6 PM - Run init info-package from BI for 2LIS_02_ACC and setup delta.

7 PM - Run delta info-package from BI

 

Question - When I run delta info-package at 7 PM, will it bring new documents in delta which were posted from 6 PM onwards or will it bring old documents as well from MCEX02 queue (assuming I ran V3 job as well) as it was already setup and not cleared before doing this activity?

My understanding is I will get delta documents posted only from 6 PM onwards as it will setup delta timestamp when I run INIT.
