Can you please let me know what are teh steps need to follow while moving FI/HR/Copa datasources from ECC dev to ECC production, is it mandatory to clear entries in rsa7 before to transport, if i wont clear what is issue? do we need lock users in this caser?

No delta with 3FI_GL_xx_TT
Hi people,
we are using the new FI-GL extractors (3FI_GL_xx_TT) in delta process "ADDD like 'ADD' but via Delta Queue".
When we run the extractor in FULL (F) mode we get new records like you can see in the following picture (Example based on "3FI_GL_0L_TT"):
So, everything is fine.
If we try to use the delta process we do not get new records in update mode "D" although the extraction runs successful everytime without aborting or any error messages. The init of the delta process ("C") is also successful (We get records):
Maybe someone of you have an idea why the delta run ("D") does not deliver any new records although the FULL run ("F") does.

Helo Gurus,
Im trying to connect SAP BI 7.3 with an sql database using an Open Hub Destination.
I have followed the instructions mentioned in several documents and i have created the Open Hub, the RFC conection and the Chain Process required.
The process execute OK from Integration Services, it recovers the data, but when SAP BW tries to send this data to SQL, the following error happen:
- ERROR SYSTEM_FAILURE with function RSB_API_OHS_3RDPARTY_NOTIFY not found.
We have already searched for notes (such as 1585460 - Error when running DTP to 3rd party Open Hub Destination) and discussions about this, but any of this documents seems to have solved the problem.
Please, we are very urged to solved this issue.

0PC_C01 - Production order variances
Hi All,
We are planning to activate the extractor 0CO_PC_02 and link the extractor to the cube 0PC_C01. This requirement is to report on Production order variances.
My question is why doesn't SAP provide a standard ODS between the cube (0PC_C01) and the extractor? I checked that this extractor ( 0CO_PC_02 ) supports only Full loads, than how does the extrcator maintain the image I mean after image for each data load?

0FI_AR_4 - Data discprency in extraction
Hi,
We are using standard 0FI_AR_4 - Customers: Line Items with Delta Extraction extractor and currently on daily delta’s are running without any failure.
The Extractor/Data source we are using is standard and without any enhancement.But we are experiencing great deal of data discprencies….
The data source is not extracting cleared document’s info for some documents…as a result the documents that are cleared in ECC are being
show as open in BW…When I performed Full repair for that document selectively they are being extracted as cleared.
Why is this discprency happening ?
As per our basis package AR doesn’t have any dependency on GL load….does the Initialization selections between GL & AR have any impact
of data accuracy
Please let me know how to resolve this

Currency conversion need to be change while loading the data
Dear Experts,
We are facing below issue.
We are getting value for G/L 543234 from 0FGL_C10. but the value is 500000, Which includes 2 local currencies, 200000 CZK and 300000 EUR.
Which is absolutely matching with ECC values.
We have the currency conversion. We executed the report with CZK currency. the above EUR values converted into CZK. Currency conversion is working fine.
My concern is while loading data to 0FIGL_C10 can we convert the EUR into CZK dynamically.
Company code currency is CZK. We are maintaining currency conversions in OB08 and TCURR Table.
Please help me to solve this issue.

Same G/L Appearing in Both sides Assets and Liabilities
Dear Experts,
We are facing an issue,
There is one G/L appearing in both sides assets and liabilities.
due to that values are mismatching. Actually it should display the value in Liabilities.
I have checked in ECC also. In FSE3 tcode financial statement version it is displaying in both sides.
When i execute f.01 it is displaying the values in only liabilities.
I asked my client, they are saying that it is possible to maintain in both sides for bank g/l's. If it has Debit value it will display in Assets or if it has credit value it will display in Liabilities side.
But Our 0GL_Account_Hier is displaying both sides of Balance sheet. Query created on 0FIGL_C10.
Please guide me how can i solve this problem.

FI_AA_12 Depreciation Plan Values are over written
Hello FA Experts,
<b>0FI_AA_12 Depreciation Extractor Plan Depreciation values are overridden in ODS DS13 during Delta Extraction.</b>
During the First time extraction of Depreciation Posting using AA_12 extractor, both actual posting and plan depreciation values are extracted in to BW.
However during Depreciation posting, FI_AA_12 extractor pulls the actual posting period value only it does not extract the Plan values.
In the start routine one period posting value record is converted into 12 records with Plan Depreciation values as zeros and these records over write the previously extracted Plan Depreciation value, Simulation Indicator and the Cumulative depreciation value in ODS DS13.
This impacts the key figures COR_DEP_PE (PerStrt: *** ordDep), PST_ODP_PE (Period Posted Ordinary Depreciation), Cost Center and FIAA_SIM.
Applied Note: 857983 for BW start routine and it did not solve the issue.
Question 1:
1. Plan Depreciation Records are over written with incorrect values during Delta extraction since its not extracted during the Delta processing.
2. Plan Depreciation Records for additional periods are not extracted when the Depreciation Reposting happens.
3. Plan depreciation values are not extracted during the Delta processing if the depreciation is not yet posted. (This happens as soon as the acquisition takes place and Depreciation is not yet posted for the first month).
Any help to resolve this matter is greatly appreciated!

Error in Activating Update Rules for Cube 0PE_C01

when I tried to activate update rules for Cube 0PE_C01 it is showing the following error."IC=0PE_C01 IS=0HR_PE_1 error when checking the update rules Message no. RSAU461".

0FI_AR_4 delta problem
Hi,
0FI_AR_4 extract of AR customer items into BW in conjunction with some of the Collections Management targets. This appeared to be working well and was giving the data we expected. we realized that items that were being cleared
after the initialization were still being reflected as Open in the BW Data Targets. In looking at the delta updates, we see the clearing document itself but no records affecting marking the old Open items with a Cleared status/date/etc.
If I perform re initialization then the correct document status is being reflected…Please advise what’s causing this problem and how to correct.
As we are in higher version GL & AR is de coupled....and both GL & AR extractor uses same init selections

How can I Delete Append Structure Completely from Extract Structure
Hi,
I am trying to delete an Append Structure that I created earlier. From RSA6, I selected DataSource (2LIS_02_ITM) -> Extract Structure (MC02M_0ITM) -> Append Structure (ZMC02M_3ITM). I selected the changed icon, selected the Row with the Field, IHREZ ( IHREZ is a field from EKKO Table), and deleted by selecting "Delete Row" icon. When I went back to my Extract Structure (MC02M_0ITM), I still see the field/component (ZZIHREZ) along with the Append Structure (ZMC02M_3ITM).
How can I get rid of the Append Structure completely from my Extract Structure?

LBWQ is not clearing.
Hi All,
I am using the Delivery data source and I am running the Program "RMBWV312" to pick the data from LBWQ to RSA7. While running the program, I am getting the message as "The size of the extraction queue MCEX12 has not been reduced" and queues are not clearing from the LBWQ. I just double click the queue and found there is no entries in the queue. But the no of entries is showing as 132. I checked the backend table of LIKP and LIKS and found all the data is extracted to PSA. Can you please let me know why this LBWQ queues are not clearing. Tomorrow if anybody posting, will I get the documents in RSA7. Please suggest.
After double clicking the queue from LBWQ, I can see the queue name with status as NOSEND and 132 entries. Again double clicking this queue, NO entries are showing. pls help

Dose SAP completely forbid the usage of tables type. "TABLES parameters are obsoleted"
I have been searching the whole internet trying to figure out the problem here without success.
I am trying to create a function module based on RSAX_BIW_GET_DATA_SIMPLE,
in the tables tab, I am trying to type the E_T_DATA to the extract structure I just created.
However, "TABLES parameters are obsoleted" won't just let me go through.
I tried:
1, Move E_T_DATA to changing , no success
2, delete all the three tables I_T_SELECT, I_T_FIELDS E_T_DATA no success
3,create a table type in tcode se11 with line ref to the same structure ,then put the table type in Associated Type for E_T_DATA no success.
I am just wondering if SAP completely bans the usages of TABLES, We have to create Function Module from scratch ?

setup table filling job ran very loong time
Hi All,
I faced some weird problem while filling setup table.
I have to drop and reload inventory cube. I started job for filling setup table for data source BF for inventory. I am not using BX data source. That job was running fo rlonger time.. when i checked the record count in MC03BFSETUP table it was only 1.2 lacs however it was not expected. total record count in cube IN BI is 18 million. I had to cancel the job because business wanted to get access to sap system
I am not using any selection while filling set up table.
SO guys please help me in finding out what went wrong and wht could be the solution for this.

Error when assigning SID
Hi,
While running the process chain at the activating the DSO,
I got the failed attached message for the same process step very often.
Have corrected the PSA, but still recurring with other value similar error message
How shall i prevent the failure of the process with such message from happening again?
Example;
Error message 1;
Value "Set de 6 ABCD à dedrftrt " (HEX 00530065007400200064000000003600200066006F007000) of characteristic 0BBP_DSR contains an error at position 21
Error when assigning SID: Action VAL_SID_CONVERT InfoObject 0BBP_DSR
Error message recurring with different error value;
